When I did I never got anything like that....it usually did nothing....quite useless in my opinion so I just turned it off and coughed up the money for Acronis True Image.

Wise move, WG. Very wise move. I've very rarely found that System Restore works and Acronis is the best way to beat that problem

I do have the same error message though. I am running Avast anti virus On vista 32 home premium.

It's just funny that the error was called "Catastrophic Failure". Why couldn't it have said "Backup Failure".

Perhaps it should have said "Jeez you're a twit. You didn't have the backup drive connected and you expect a backup to happen? Go sit in the corner....and put on that pointy hat with the 'D' on it." ....

That's what I thought...but it shows as a default icon and when I click on it the box opens up that says nothing is associated with that file. Should I associate it with OD.exe?

dockzip = extension to autoload icons/backgrounds in your OD library
Double click to open it
then open icon properties change image they are in your library

I had noticed a while ago that the current version of Skinstudio always generated an error of the type you mention when I tried to convert a Vista msstyle.

I was informed that the current Skinstudio cannot convert those files.
