I bought the Flyers MyColors theme that installed ok. When I installed the MyColors Theme Manager for Winter Wonderland it doesn't accept any of my codes. It told me the one for Winter Wonderland was too long. The first error is : There was an error validating your Registration Information please try again. And then when I tried it again it told me that the code I entered was too long. It's 35 characters.

Thought I'd try here first before I turned in a ticket.

Ahh . . . conflicting versions.
Email support@stardock.com

If you have the suite,  you can rename it to zip and use the ODNT components in SDC to apply them.

That's what I did for the Flyers suite. It did't let me dl the WW suite. It told me that I had to install the MyColors Theme Manager and insert my email and the S/N to dl it. ERROR

Mycolors comes as a suite file?
on Dec 11, 2007
Yes I know that. There was no dl link to dl it. There was for the other suite but not the Winter one. The directions said :

Install MyColors and then enter your email address and serial number to download the suite.

The ONLY reason I haven't purchased the University of Florida "theme" was because I fear a conflict between ODNT and My Colors. If I could purchase it just as a suite the problem becomes moot.

The current version of the MyColors Theme Manger and WB6 work together now. You can have both installed with out risk of issue. The way it works now is you get the DL link then fire up MyColors and hit Add in the bottom right hand corner. After dropping in the serial number MyColors goes through the DL motions and you are all set.

If you are still having problems hit us up at support@stardock.com so we can confirm your account info.

The Flyers theme was dl as a MyColors.exe and I used Winrar to extract it to a folder and then from there I installed everything.

Not for me I put in my email and S/N and it said "There was an error validating your Registration Information please try again." It did the same thing with the Flyers theme. That's why I extracted it into a folder.

I'm just trying to find out if I'm doing anything stupid before I contact Stardock.

I just got both the UF and Winter Wonderland up and running. I installed UF first with no probs. To get the Winter Wonderland I had to dload Mycolors, put in my email and the license I got via email and it "VERY" slowly downloaded Winter Wonderland. Kudos to SD for both. I'd love a 3200x1200 wall for the UF theme guys........
